If you are a Spear Properties tenant experiencing a maintenance problem, please login to your tenant portal and we will get back to you in a timely manner.

Please remember:

• The more detailed you are with what you need or with what is wrong, the faster we will be able to fix the problem.

•  LIST Items (1. do this 2. do that 3. do this) is much easier for our maintenance technician than having to read through a paragraph.

• The more information we have in regards to contacting you, the faster we will be able to complete the work.
